What this lesson teaches
The letters g and q start exactly like a, but their stems dive below the baseline: g finishes with a loop to the left, q with a loop to the right.
The letter o is a closed oval with a small tail at the midline — like b and w, it joins the next letter from the top. This midline exit changes the shape of whatever letter follows, so give it extra practice.
