Qué enseña esta lección

All four letters start exactly like l — a tall loop to the top line.

For h, come down and add an arch. For b, come down and finish with a small sideways tail at the midline, like w. For k, come down and add the little kick. The letter f is special: its loop continues below the baseline and closes on the way back up.

If your h looks like your b, check the ending: h exits from the baseline, b exits from the midline.

    Write three joined letters h. Tall loop first, then the arch — both parts share one downstroke.
  2. The Letter b

    Write three joined letters b. Finish each b with the small tail at the midline and keep it distinct from h.
  3. Letters f and k
    fk
    Write f and k side by side. The f-loop dives below the baseline; the k keeps its kick close to the stem.
  4. Word: belt
    belt
    Four letters, three different heights. Concentrate on smooth joins and even spacing between letters.

Cómo usarla

Imprime al 100% en US Letter — no «ajustar a la página». La pauta es de tamaño escolar, y reducirla deja todas las letras del tamaño equivocado. La escala de 10 cm al pie de la ficha está para comprobarlo: si mide menos, la impresión se redujo.
